Opening a second office is an exciting experience. You may already have a location in mind, but it’s important to make this expansion as smooth as possible. We can help you get your second office up running as quickly as possible.
To get started, we’ll create a custom step-by-step plan based on your unique vision for your existing practice and your second office. Our standard engagement is six months, so opening a second office fits nicely into this time frame.
Here’s our standard plan of action for our clients.
ACTIVE CONSULTING (MONTHS 1-6)
Building a strong foundation and developing solid goals is fundamental to success. Because of this, the Implementation Phase consists of clearly identifying your vision. We ask key questions and provide insight to help you realize your vision. This includes identifying your fundamental values, as well as focusing on what you enjoy doing most.
With a written vision in-hand, we’ll create your custom action plan, identify a starting point, and dive in. Along the way, we’ll implement repeatable systems to produce immediate and long-term success in the various facets of your practice.
We’ll also engage your team and align their actions with your vision. We’ll provide specific, measurable actions and a laser-like focus. This transforms your practice as our progress becomes almost effortless.
A short and focused time each day is set aside for the doctor to review daily progress and ensure that staff members are accountable and focused. A monthly monitor lets everyone know how efficiently the team is working over a longer period of time. You’ll review these monitors with Dr. Walker every month, and create action steps to focus on the areas that need the most attention.
We love to see our clients create the practice and career of their dreams. With great communication, growth occurs more rapidly. As a Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Walker knows what it is like to have questions and discuss ideas. We provide unmatched service. As questions, situations and thoughts arise we are here for you. Unlimited email communication is always a “click” a way and phone calls are regularly scheduled with Dr. Walker.
ANNUAL SUPPORT
We believe we are very unique (and blessed) in that over 90% of our clients become “life-long” clients. After the 6 month implementation period our clients continue working with Dr. Walker, Annual Support, for the life of their practice.
This support helps our clients continue developing their Vision and take steps to avoid the plateau and eventual decline that many dental practices experience. This phase encourages the continuation of a strong working and mentoring relationship between Dr. Walker and his clients by establishing a custom plan for the next 12 months. Your practice tracking systems are monitored each month, periodic phone calls are scheduled and as always, unlimited email communication with Dr. Walker.
As we implement new systems, we set up strategic planning and monitoring through a tracking system. We also continue to ensure that you are constantly re-evaluating your vision for maximum success and set up cross-training protocols for your team.
OPTIONAL: OFFICE VISIT FROM DR. WALKER
Vision Dental Consulting follows the steps that Dr. Walker and other highly successful people have used. The Vision System succeeds without an in-office evaluation and training by Dr. Walker. However, we understand that some people would like to have Dr. Walker physically come to their office. If you would like to have Dr. Walker come to your office, a two-day visit can be scheduled. The first day of the visit is a typical workday for you during which Dr. Walker observes and gathers information. The second day is spent clarifying the Vision, training staff, role-playing, implementing systems, motivating, and setting up accountability measures.
